Are you a whole of market mortgage broker?
Let Property Strategies is an authorised
mortgage broker
specialising in buy to let. We are able to deal with all UK mortgage
lenders who offer buy to let mortgages on your behalf.
Are your mortgage advisers qualified?
Yes, all of our advisers have considerable mortgage experience and
also hold a recognised professional mortgage qualification such as
MAQ or CeMap.
Can you do mortgages other than buy to let?
We have chosen to specialise in buy to let mortgages. If you require

Can you offer me properties to buy?
We are able to source properties that we feel are suitable for buy

Who owns the properties you offer?
The properties will always be owned by the buy to let investor or
landlord on completion. Your Solicitors will confirm this and the
contracts will be in your name. Let Property Strategies rarely owns
the properties we have for sale and most properties are owned by the
present occupiers.
Can you recommend a good letting agent?
Depending on where the property is located we may be able to suggest

Do you charge any fees?
The service and advice we provide is very comprehensive so we will
charge a fee for each mortgage you ask us to arrange.
Are buy to let mortgages regulated?
There is a definition that prescribes what a buy to let mortgage is.
Broadly, if you purchase a property with the intention of letting it
out to tenants who are not related to you this is an un-regulated
mortgage.
