Trading status
Let Property Strategies Limited is An Appointed Representative of Enhanced Wealth Limited who are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We are also a property consultant and registered mortgage broker. We are not financial advisers and buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the FSA.
Fees and charges
Due to the comprehensive service we offer, we do make a charge for each mortgage application we assist you with. Initial consultations are free of charge and all charges will be confirmed to you when you contact us.
Provision of internet services
We cannot guarantee to provide and maintain the services continuously and without interruption and faults. We may also temporarily suspend availability of the services in order to upgrade, repair or maintain any aspects of the technological infrastructure of the services. We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out such repair or maintenance work with minimum disruption to the services.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain and provide the services in accordance with these terms and conditions. However, you acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the networks or for the services not being transmitted correctly or without interruption and shall not be liable to you for any failure to provide and to transmit all or any part of the services or if you cannot access the services.
Data Protection
By registering your details on this website, you are giving your explicit consent to us holding personal data which you provide to us, including any sensitive personal data as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998. Details of our privacy policy are available here.
Online Security
You recognise that the internet is accessible to anyone with the appropriate technical capability and as such it is impossible to protect totally against the abuse of the system by third parties, including the introduction of a virus onto the system. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your own information technology is protected against computer viruses.
Policy Documents
Policy documents will be issued to clients at the address stated on the proposal or application form. All policies and documents must be checked by the policyholder for accuracy and suitability. Any errors notified to us will then be rectified.
Complaints
It is our aim to always provide a prompt and efficient service. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with our service and wish to make a complaint, please contact us via email info@letpropertystrategies.co.uk. Alternatively you may call us on 020 8301 7935. We will respond to all complaints within three working days and will keep you fully updated on the progress of your complaint.
